Aimee
Treatment Coordinator
Aimee is passionate and caring and enjoys getting to know each patient on their orthodontic journey. She will guide you through the new patient process and beyond, helping you get started on the journey to the smile of your dreams.
Aimee has over 3 years experience in the dental industry as an assistant and gained her New Zealand certificate in dental assisting with the NZDA in 2022.
Additionally, Aimee is fluent in Spanish. In Aimee’s spare time, she is a budding performer, singing at live music gigs. She also enjoys yoga and mindfulness which is something she incorporates into her daily life.
Nuch
Treatment Coordinator
Nuch recently joined our orthodontic team as a Treatment Coordinator, bringing over three years of experience working in dental clinics. With a strong background in patient care and clinic operations, she understands the importance of creating a smooth, supportive, and well-organised experience for every patient.
Graduating with a degree in Business, Nuch combines her knowledge of customer service and management with her clinical experience to ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their orthodontic journey. She is passionate about building genuine relationships and helping patients take the next step toward achieving their ideal smile.
Outside of the clinic, Nuch enjoys going to the gym, spending time at the beach, and training in Muay Thai. Her active lifestyle reflects her positive energy, discipline, and dedication — qualities she brings to her role every day.
Priti
People and Business Manager
With over 20 years’ experience as a Practice Manager and Director in dental practice, plus more than four years in administration across specialist practices, Priti brings deep knowledge of both patient care and practice operations. In her role at Auckland City Orthodontics, she supports and oversees four practices, helping ensure each site runs smoothly and delivers a consistent, high-quality patient experience.
Passionate about building strong team spirit, Priti enjoys bringing people together, supporting development, and creating positive, well-organised workplaces. She is focused on helping the business continue to grow while keeping patients at the centre of everything the team does.
Lu
Orthodontic Auxiliary
Lu has been a valued member of the ACO team since 2018, and her role has continued to evolve alongside the growth of the practice. Beginning her career as Dr Anning’s assistant, she quickly demonstrated a strong commitment to learning—earning her Certificate in Assisting before completing further training to become a registered Orthodontic Auxiliary in 2022.
With years of hands-on experience, Lu brings a high level of skill, precision, and confidence to her role. Her keen attention to detail and calm, patient-focused approach help ensure every individual receives exceptional care. She remains an integral part of the team, contributing to the high standards that ACO is known for.
Fluent in Mandarin, Lu is always happy to assist with translation to help patients feel comfortable and understood.
Olivia
Receptionist
Olivia has over 30 years’ experience in the dental industry and is enjoying the varied role of ACO receptionist. She enjoys meeting and greeting patients and getting to know them as they progress through their smile journey.
Olivia’s friendly and helpful manner ensures a great experience at ACO from beginning to end.
Olivia is married with two daughters and does a couple of half-marathons during the year to keep active.
Bea
Receptionist
Bea recently joined the ACO team and brings with her a 9 year background in patient serving roles. Having worked in dental for the past 18 months, she enjoys watching patient journeys of enhancing and loving their smiles.
Bea is a welcoming face at reception and is here to help you transition through the orthodontic process.
When she isn’t in the practice, Bea is travelling, exploring new food joints with friends, hitting the gym or going for a run to keep her healthy and vibrant.
Maddie
Receptionist
Maddie is a creative and well-rounded individual with a strong appreciation for connection, culture, and personal wellbeing. She values spending quality time with friends and family, and brings a warm, collaborative energy to her relationships.
She maintains an active lifestyle through Pilates, supporting both her physical health and mental resilience. As an artist, Maddie is passionate about creative expression and continuously explores new ideas and techniques within her work.
Maddie is also currently in her third year of learning te reo Māori, demonstrating her commitment to cultural understanding and personal growth. She approaches all aspects of her life with curiosity, dedication, and a thoughtful perspective.
Sophie
Orthodontic Assistant
Sophie has been an Orthodontic assistant at ACO for 4 years and is currently studying to be an Orthodontic Auxiliary. She loves being a part of every patients smile journey up close and finds seeing the end results so rewarding.
Sophie has had braces herself so is always on hand to help our patients with clear and thoughtful advice and offer encouragement if needed.
Outside work Sophie enjoys going to the gym, Op shopping and eating out with friends.

Orthodontic Assistant
Igee is a Filipino from Australia with a genuine passion for healthcare and a heartfelt commitment to patients. She brings a warm and compassionate approach to every interaction, creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, reassured, and genuinely excited about their appointments. With a focus on continuous growth within the dental field, she is currently studying the NZDA course and completing an Orthodontic Auxiliary course to further develop her skills and provide the best care.
Outside of work and study, Igee enjoys staying active at the gym, reading, gaming, journalling, and exploring creative outlets such as photography and video editing. Dedicated, driven, and always eager to grow, Igee balances professional development with personal passions.
Eve
Orthodontic Assistant
Evelyn is a licensed nurse who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the Philippines in 2018. With five years of nursing experience, she is passionate about providing high-quality care and exceptional service to patients. Now working as a dental assistant, Evelyn continues to use her healthcare skills, compassion, and attention to detail to help people feel comfortable and well cared for.
Evelyn believes that a friendly smile, genuine kindness, and professional service can make a lasting difference in someone's day.
When Eve is not working, she enjoy doing art crafts, hiking and some outdoor activities with friends!
